Corridor Model
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has put forward the PRRT as a major scheme for the LTP2 period and Capita Symonds and the Department for Transport (DfT) have agreed to ensure detailed modelling of specific elements of the scheme proposals at various locations along the route. On behalf of Capita, 4CEngineers was responsible for developing Paramics corridor model of Haslingden Rd for testing various improvement proposals.
