Following the submission of a planning application for a development in St Austell, 4CEngineers in association with JCT consultancy currently work on A390 Truro corridor Paramics model. We are delighted that the good team work with JCT consultancy has resulted in the repeated business from Hydrock. |

4CEngineers in association with JCT consultancy Ltd is appointed by Byways and Highways to provide transport modelling and signals advice on a number of schemes in Cornwall. High-profile mixed development in St Austell is already happening with another project in Truro to follow shortly.
